Regulatory Policy Outlook – 2025 Report

Argüden Governance Academy has been working on the governance of regulatory policy since its establishment. One of the Academy’s first publications in this field was the Turkish edition of the OECD’s Regulatory Policy and Good Governance Recommendations, originally published in 2012. Through this publication, the Academy aimed to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of regulations, thereby enhancing quality of life and promoting a culture of trust.

Good governance is the foundation of trust in institutions. Since 2015, Argüden Governance Academy has been translating and bringing the Regulatory Policy Outlook Reports to Türkiye, which present developments across OECD countries, with the aim of contributing to the country’s efforts in this field. The report published in 2025 seeks not only to assess the current state of regulatory policy but also to provide guidance through recommendations that can help advance ongoing efforts. The Academy hopes that this publication will create value for all relevant stakeholders.
