Inmet Mining

Inmet is a Canadian-based global mining company that produces copper, zinc and gold. Inmet has interests in several mining operations in locations around the world. The company has been rated as one of the top companies with regards to corporate governance by Globe & Mail newspaper.

Dr. Argüden is a Board Member and a member of the Nominations and Compensation as well as the Corporate Governance Committees. He also served as a member of the Audit Committee and Safety, Environment, and Community Affairs (SECA) Committee member. Inmet received 24 of the 31 Sustainable Mining Awards in 2008.
