Good Governance in Public Sector

The recommendation of the Council of the OECD is accepted as the first comprehensive international report on Regulatory Policy. The report is prepared by the OECD Regulatory Policy Committee, whose mandate is to assist Members and partner countries to build and strengthen capacity for regulatory quality and reform. The report is formed as a result of careful assessments of best practice identified by the Regulatory Policy Committee through a decade of review of OECD countries and develops a systematic governance framework that can deliver ongoing improvements to the quality of regulations.

Argüden Governance Academy translated the report into Turkish, which is originally published in English and French.
