He chaired the State Planning Organization’s (SPO) ‘Development Strategies Advisory Council’, comprising former economy and finance ministers, secretaries of treasury and State Planning Organization, academicians, representatives of business world and professionals with experience in international organizations such as OECD, to help define Türkiye’s vision for 2020.
