YKKD

Due to his belief in the importance of increasing diversity and women on boards, Dr. Argüden served on the Advisory Council of Women on Boards Association (YKKD). He has contributed to developing the curriculum for the education program of women candidates, gave lectures to them, and has been a staunch advocate of women on boards. He also served as a mentor to potential candidates and all his mentees were elected as independent board members in various companies.

Received the Leadership for Equality Award on International Men’s Day, November 19th 2022.
