He was instrumental in helping develop management consulting standards and building international collaborations for the profession. ARGE Consulting assumed leadership roles in Management Consultants Association (YDD) adopting ICMC certification standards.

During ARGE Partner Murat Yalnızoğlu’s Chairmanship, YDD was authorized to give ICMC certificates. ARGE supported this initiative by asking all its consultants to get the certificate.

While serving as the Vice-Chair of Turkish Management Consultants Association, ARGE partner Pınar Ilgaz led the first international conference at İstanbul, Çırağan Palace.
